🖥️ How to Get a Tech Job in 90 Days

Are you looking for a job in Tech this year?

With so many skills to learn and endless tutorials, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

But what if I told you that by following a focused plan, you can land a tech job in just 90 days?

Here are 3 phases I recommend:

Phase 1: Build a strong foundation (Day 1 - 30)

The first 30 days are all about choosing the right career path and learning the basics.

If you're unsure where to start, here are three beginner-friendly tech roles:

1️⃣ Cloud Computing: Work with cloud infrastructure, deploy applications, and manage services.

2️⃣ IT Support: Help with troubleshooting, device setup, and technical support.

3️⃣ QA Engineering: Test software, write test cases, and work with developers to ensure product quality.

After choosing a path, you should start learning through courses, hands-on practice, and certifications.

E.g. If you're going into Cloud, the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a great first step.

Phase 2: Gain Hands-On Experience (Day 31 - 60)

Companies don’t hire based on theoretical knowledge only, they look for practical skills.

That’s why the next 30 days should be all about hands-on experience.

But this doesn’t mean rushing through multiple small projects without any real learning.

Instead, you should focus on 1-2 solid projects that showcase your skills and document them properly.

Always remember, Quality over Quantity!

📌 Tip: You can use the BUILD Framework to document your projects effectively:

🔹 Background – What problem were you solving?
🔹 Understanding – How did you approach the solution?
🔹 Implementation – What technologies did you use?
🔹 Lessons Learned – What challenges did you face?
🔹 Deliverables – What was the final result?

Phase 3: Apply & Get Hired (Day 61 - 90)

In the last 30 days, you should be ready to apply for jobs. Instead of blindly sending out hundreds of applications, I recommend following this strategy:

Apply Smart – Focus on 5 to 10 well-tailored applications per day instead of mass-applying. Customize your resume for each role.

Network on LinkedIn – Engage with industry professionals and hiring managers.

Leverage Referrals – Attend tech meetups to connect with people who can refer you.

This approach will help you stand out in a crowded job market and can increase your chances of landing an interview.

📖 A Guide to Build AWS Cloud Projects

As you know, theoretical knowledge alone won’t get you hired. The best way to learn the Cloud is by getting hands-on experience.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) 🤖

🤖 PLUS: Google DeepMind’s AI Just Made Robots More Intelligent

Google’s DeepMind has released two new AI models to help robots handle real-world tasks, even the ones they haven’t been trained for!

  • Gemini Robotics: This model helps robots understand new situations, interact better with their environment, and perform more precise tasks like folding paper or opening a bottle cap.

  • Gemini Robotics-ER: This model helps robots understand what they see and make better decisions. It connects AI to a robot’s movements, so it can handle its tasks more easily.

With these advancements, robots could soon become more useful in our everyday lives.
